(I know the audio doesn't work but it's there, I promise)
This is an advert I heard on Xfm Radio on Saturday morning before midday. The advert was about 25 seconds. It features dialogue from the film, Daniel Radcliffe's name and his role, reviews from Harper's Bazaar (fashion magazine), film release date and it's certification. It was played 2-4 times within an hour.Xfm Radio's main audience is aged 16-25 males, who are fans of alternative music, primarily indie pop. This above the line marketing technique is effective to place in this platform because fans of indie music may also be interested in indie films such as Kill Your Darlings.
